Forming part of the Equine Excellence Pathway, the British Horse Society have developed a range of awards that provide you with the opportunity to develop your understanding of horses care and rider skills. Enhance your knowledge at your own pace and advance on what's important to you.

Lessons will be at your yard with your horse where you can work through the Challenge Award levels Intro, Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can start at any chosen level. For the Bronze to Gold awards you will need to be a either a Silver or Gold BHS member. A British Horse Society certificate and badge is awarded to all successful learners.

If you do not have your own horse and would like to take part in the Challenge Awards please contact us to find out about the groups we are running at Ian Stark Equestrian Centre.

As you develop your skills, we're here to guide, advise and support you.
